| Introducing Carrier Pre-Select
|
| Carrier Pre-Select allows both new and existing customers to access our low cost telephone service without the need for dialling an access code, smart boxes or having your phone system re-programmed. You can specify which calls are routed through our service by choosing National, International or All Calls.

| The cost of implementing CPS is £5 per telephone number. However, if you are an existing Swiftnet customer spending £25 or more per month we will waive this fee. If you are a new client, we will credit this amount to your account when you usage reaches £25.
|
| One CPS form needs to be completed per BT bill. If there is more than one telephone number under the same reference, then these can be included on the same form. A separate form needs to be completed for each BT customer number.

| The form should be filled in so that all the figures and the signature are contained within the white boxes. If you would like us to fill in the form for you, please complete the enclosed authorisation form and fax or post it back to us.
|
| Once the form has been filled in and returned to Swiftnet, we will send it to BT who will process it and inform you directly within 14 days that all calls will now be routed through Swiftnet.
|
| If at any time you wish to route a call through BT, dial 1280 before that particular call.
